1. Using The Site

By accessing or using fardeenedits.com, you agree to follow these Terms.
You may browse the site, download free wallpapers, and purchase physical prints for personal use.
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its functionality, or use the content for commercial purposes without permission.

2. Products & Availability

I offer two types of products:

  • Free digital wallpapers

  • Physical prints (including backorder items)

All product listings include details such as size, format, and pricing.
Availability may change, and I reserve the right to update or discontinue products at any time.

3. Backorders

Some items may be listed as Backorder if they’re temporarily out of stock.
Backorder items usually dispatch within 1–2 weeks, and once shipped, follow the same delivery timelines as standard orders.

If your order includes both in‑stock and backorder items, they may ship together once everything is ready.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Payments are processed securely through trusted third‑party payment providers.
I reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but any changes will only apply to future orders.

5. Shipping

Shipping details, timelines, and fees are outlined in the Shipping Policy.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept those terms.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Information about returns, refunds, and exchanges is available in the Refund Policy.
By purchasing from the site, you agree to follow those guidelines.

7. Digital Downloads

All wallpapers on the site are free for personal use.
You may:

  • Use them on your devices

  • Share them with friends

  • Post them on social media (credit appreciated but not required)

You may not:

  • Sell, redistribute, or claim the artwork as your own

  • Use the wallpapers commercially without permission

  • Use any digital download for generative AI purposes (see Section 13)

8. Physical Prints

Physical prints purchased from the site are for personal display only.
You may not:

Scan, digitise, or reproduce prints

Sell or redistribute prints

Use prints or product images for generative AI purposes (see Section 13)

9. Intellectual Property

All artwork, prints, wallpapers, branding, and written content on this site belong to FardeenEdits.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Accounts & Access

If you create an account:

  • You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure

  • You agree not to share your account with others

  • I may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the site

11. Changes to the Site or Terms

I may update the site, products, or these Terms from time to time.
Any changes will be posted here, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

While I do my best to keep the site running smoothly and ensure orders arrive safely, I cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or completely error‑free operation.
I am not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances outside my control.

13. Use of Artwork in Generative AI

All digital wallpapers, prints, product images, and artwork available on FardeenEdits are created by me and are intended for personal enjoyment only.
I do not authorise the use of any of my artwork — including digital downloads, physical prints, or product photos — for training, feeding, or generating content with AI or machine‑learning systems.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • AI image generators

  • Style‑transfer tools

  • Dataset creation

  • Model training or fine‑tuning

  • Any automated system that uses images as input for generative purposes

 

If you wish to use my artwork for any purpose beyond personal display, please contact me directly for permission.
