Thank you for shopping at FardeenEdits. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help.
Returns
Returns are free and valid for 28 days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it.
To start a return, please email fardeeneditssales@gmail.com with your request and your order number. I’ll then send you a return label so you can safely send your item back.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email me with your order number and a photo of the issue. You can choose between a full refund or an exchange, depending on what you prefer.
Refunds
Once your returned item arrives, I’ll inspect it and email you to confirm it’s been received.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different one, email fardeeneditssales@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like instead. Exchanges are subject to availability, and additional fees may apply if there is a price difference.
Backorders (Previously Pre‑Orders)
Backorder items can be returned or refunded just like any other purchase.
If you request a refund before your backorder has shipped, the refund will be processed immediately.
If the item has already shipped, the standard return process applies.
