Domestic Shipping (UK)
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
International Shipping
Tracked International Shipping: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed from the next business day.
Backorders (Previously Pre‑Orders)
Some items may be listed as Backorder if they are temporarily out of stock but being restocked.
Backorder items usually dispatch within 1–2 weeks, and once shipped, they follow the same delivery timelines as standard orders.
If your order contains both in‑stock and backorder items, they may ship together once everything is ready — this helps reduce shipping costs and packaging waste.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination.
You’ll always see the final shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact me as soon as possible. I’ll work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
